you probably have the health multiplier set to 0.1 or something, and if not you probably have their health setting set to low

idk what happened when i crossbow it it dies both huggy and boxy

that or you're confusing the player healthbar with the npc healthbar

I doubt it's a problem with the mod though since NOTHING in the mod can automatically make the npc health the same as the player health
