Serious Sam 4 menu background

Description
Changes menu background to SS 4 one and makes loading screen colored.
Could not find a way to remove stupid blur, saturation or black bar :(
Remember to disable other menu mods.

Yeah I have no clue if that text brightness can be changed or what even caused that. I can look in to it.
