No Skill restrictions - Warrior

Description
Makes it so that no skills are forced at level 1! This includes base level skills and specialisation skills, both of which now cost 0 stars to keep the same skill star economy!

Note: User Daemeous reported a game-breaking glitch when removing the mod, but I haven't been able to replicate it. You shouldn't have to worry, but just be warned. They also suggested changing specialisations if it happens may fix it?

Kelly asked the same question, and it's because I plan on releasing a No Skill Requirement - X Class - Boost Edition with boosted skills. If I had them all-in-one, it'd lead to overwriting files, which can cause problems. This way, people could choose a boosted mod for one class and just normal no skill requirement for another with less problems.

The boosted files will hopefully be done the next few days.
