MORE SLOP FOR THE PIGGIES

I'm very proud of this one, probably my best reskin yet.

Takes inspiration from HL:A's combine with their more de-saturated greyish-blue colors.

This reskins the soldiers, prison-guards, elites, and zombine into half-life alyx inspired textures made by me. Soldiers have a less saturated navy blue coloring, with teal eyes and grey arms and pants. Shotgunners have a terracotta reddish brown tone with grey arms and pants. Prison-guards have a purplish blue tone with grey arms and pants, and Elites have a white camo pattern, with bits of grey on their arms and legs and a red stripe running down their helmet.

Default shotgunner eyes were changed aswell, to better fit the eye color of the prison shotgunner, but it's really more for consistency's sake.

This'll be it with the reskins for a while.

beautiful reskins, just wish that they worked with dropships. reskins always seem to bug out with them.

another thing, very, VERY simple request but would it be possible to make another version without the elite texture? i kinda like the original texture better. if not is it possible to know how to remove it?

i mean it would be really cool since usually how most hl:alyx version combines have a stripe on their head like a insignia or whatever it is

would the normal combine also get a stripe on their head like the elite or atleast a lil more detail changing the texture despite it just being a reskin?

can do, i made the arms and lower legs grey on all of them for consistency, and also because the coloring tool in krita (the editing software i use) is REALLY limited so i just opted to do that. i'll see what i can do though

okay so after playing around with this reskin for a bit, i think i can safely say that the grey shirt and pants works really good for the standard soldier, buuuut kinda clashes with the other types

although the idea and general execution is really good! I think the other units should have more complimentary secondary colors than gray in this case such as

Maroon sleeves and pants for shotgunner
Teal for prisonguards (tho black would also look really good too i bet)
and honestly for the elite i think juts continuing the camo patter on the vest for their shirt and arms would be pretty damn good

thanks, i was wondering what to do with the elite, and i figured the suppressors in HLA have a similar stripe across their forehead so i tried to incorporate that
