FAQ

Q: I dislike things this mod adds/want to declare that i despise things you add with that into RimWorld
A: That is perfectly fine, there is no requirement to install this mod for anyone

Q: No, seriously, are you sure you don't break any rules?
A: Ah, no. There are mods that adds genitals and another ones an operation to remove them so you can eat them for dinner. I think adding diapers will be fine.

Q: Can i also install the 'Dubs Bad Hygiene Lite'-mod or does it have to be the full version.
A: I didn't use any features that would not be in the lite mod. You can try, but i used the binaries for the full mod to build it. It might work, but thats on you to try.

Q: Are there any mods considered/connected beside the required one?

Bladder
Is an actual organ now and adds itself in the functionality of bladder fill state from 'Dubs Bad Hygiene'
Source of the pawns capacity of 'bladder control', that is additionally influenced by consciousness.


Babs
A unique creed/meme around diapers and the wish not to get potty trained.
Consider potties evil and a waste of time.
Their place of worship is usually the daycare, where they sit on changing mats, listening to the big powdered
Members are usually called children and love to wear diapers, expecially premium diapers
Many of them are potty rebels, big boys are not welcome
Can performe the unique ritual of rebirth that brings a follower back to life, but leads to regression (see below)
Love to sleep in cribs at night, a unique bed.
Usually like to wear appropriate cloth like onesies


General behaviours

Bladder control
Pawns with low bladder control will have a risk of accidents. The risk increases with lower control.
Pawns with smaller bladders have to go more often and have as such higher risk a day to have accidents, but one has not nessesarily to do with the other.
Usually pawns will try to make it to the toilet before accidents happen.
Pawns that love diapers (by creed or trait) will go in their diapers on purpose, but not pee themselfs without, except Potty Rebels.

Children
Wear what they told and don't have strong personal preferences
Join in on playtimes
Adults that are again children, can behave differently (options)

Bed wetting
Diapers may protect and trigger "wet diaper at night" thought
Triggers "wet bed" thought (always negative)
Triggers "got peed on" thought for any pawn sleeping in the same bed
Will damage (but not destroy) the current bed


New surgerys

Cure weak bladder
Heals the pawn of the 'weak bladder' condition by using 5 glitterworld medicin.
Requires 'vital monitor' research

Diaper change
Requires a normal or premium diaper
Can't fail

Regression
Cures any damage caused to the brain for a single industrial medicin
Requires 'vital monitor' research
Causes the condition (Hediff) 'regressed' OR physical regression to a child. See mod options.


Rituals

Rebirth
Targets the grave of a colonist
The colonist in that grave will be exhumed and reanimated
The extensiv damage to the brain from dying and any other damage caused to it before or after death will be healed and regress

Phoenix (part of Rebirth)
Targets an empty grave
Will fill the grave with the (dead) body of a random destroyed (lost) colonist that lived in this colony before

Both rituals are stressful for the colonists. More so if they have bad outcomes.


Traits
Big boy - Hates diapers from the depth of their soul
Potty rebel - Loves diapers and feels incomplete without


Buildings

Cribs (single and double)
Usable by pawns of adult size as a bed

Changing mat
A ritual seat that fits the 'babs' much better
For now no other impact or function (pending)


Items

Diapers
Flimsy Diaper - Cheap low tech leather
Diaper - Normal quality
Nighttime pull-ups - Lower absorbency, expecially for bedwetter pawns
Premium Diaper - High absorbency, comfy
Colonists usually dislike diapers, except if they see a need to wear them


Conditions

Bed wetter
Pawn can't control their bladder while asleep. Will probably lead to accidents...

Bladder infection
Causes temporary loss of bladder control until healed naturally

Weak bladder
Chronic condition that causes limited bladder control. Usually makes it to the toilet in time, most of the time...

Incontinent
Chronic condition that causes complete loss of bladder control. Better use a diaper...

Diaper rash
Temporary condition caused by wearing a wet diaper too long. Causes light pain and can be tended

Regression
Caused by the operation with the same name
Temporary condition that lasts roughly an year and can't be treaded
Pawn will have to grow up again in stages

Baby
Makes the pawn unable to move, talk, manipulate or control their bladder
Consciousnes, blood filtration and eating are greatly reduced.
Will need contant care, will sleep, vomit and be hungry very often
Very high chance of getting sick of the common flu or sleeping sickness

Toddler
Abilities for moving, talking, manipulating, conciousness, bladder control, blood filtration and eating are greatly reduced
Still often hungry or tired, sometimes vomitting
Very easily distracted and/or changing behaviour
High chance of getting sick of the common flu or sleeping sickness

Child
Abilities for moving, talking, manipulating, conciousness, bladder control, blood filtration and eating are reduced
Easily distracted and/or changing behaviour
Needs more food and rest

Teenager
Slightly reduced bladder control and consciousness
Moody
Needs slightly more food and sleep
