Description
I've created a HEX color version modification for Quality Colors 1.5 - Forked by tiagorbrodrigues.
I was tired of the original mod's inability to adjust color brightness settings, so I made this update. Please reply if you encounter any issues.

Special thanks to tiagorbrodrigues for creating the 1.5 patch for us!

Thank you for makin this, I was tryin to change colors yesterday and the color brightness was being a pain to work with.
