I download resource packs out the ass (I have like 400), I think a search function for the resource pack section could really help out a couple of people like me

There is no such functionality at the moment. But you can try using collections for this.

Is it possible to pick which mods are enabled per World?
I have a World or two which are just basic QoL mods and nothing more but I want to try out bigger mods and have Worlds where they are activated on those ones only. Can this mod do that?

Tip for restoring swallowed mods from the mod's folder rename/duplicate bug is to restore all settings in the mod's config settings to default and then save it. This is what worked for me.

this is what I've always needed for making packs and I never knew it. The only thing is being able to see which mods are enabled/disabled but you already know about that. Overall, 9/10 mod
