In my game the triple launcher is about 600 silver, Type 70 is 650, the LAW is 340 and the PzF3 is only 110.
PzF3 also has 200% sights efficiency so it would make sense to include advanced components for the sighting system. The charge rocket launcher from Vanilla Weapons Expanded (7000 silver, but fires antigrain!) has 250% sights. PzF3 was finished in 1985 and Javelin (What the VWE charge launcher is modeled after) was finished in 1989 so technology-wise they are comparable.
In conclusion ~2000 silver for balance
