Rainbow Nation: Domestic Trade Routes between Cities with National Wonders provide +1 Happiness and +1 World Congress Delegate. Specialists yield +2 Culture.

Ratel: Unique Mechanized Infantry for Nelson Mandela's South Africa. Gains a Combat Bonus when fighting in the territory of a City-State, and, when gifted to a City-State, grants additional Influence. South Africa regains +1 Influence per turn with any City-State operating at least 1 Ratel. Unlocked with Telecommunications instead of Mobile Tactics.

Safari Lodge: Replacing the Hotel for Nelson Mandela's South Africa, the Safari Lodge is unlocked earlier, with Biology, and contains a Scientist Specialist slot. In addition to the normal effects of a Hotel, Camp and Fishing Boat-based resources worked by this city yield +2 Gold and +2 Culture, both yields being doubled after the discovery of Ecology.

Includes mod support for JFD's Cultural Diversity and JFDLC.
