Description
Adds the Hän Athabaskans of the Alaska-Yukon border to the game, under the leadership of Chief Isaac, who secured his people's future.

The Hän (Chief Isaac)
UA: Entrustment of the Ganho: Nearby allied city states or declared friends provide your cities Great Musician points upon entering a new era. Mined luxuries carry over extra Food and increase border expansion speed when improved.

UU: Jëjee Ch'ëjekhäw: Replaces the Swordsman. Weaker, but no iron needed. +1 Movement on Tundra, +2 on Snow. Gains XP and provides Food to your cities when a Great Musician is expended.

UB: Dähdräw: Replaces the Caravansary. Has a GWoM slot. Foreign cities connected to this one via trade route or river also count for the first clause of the UA. Your own cities connected to this one via trade route or river also count for the second clause of the UA.

Looks great, but you know what would be better? If you used an AI generator instead to make some guy with a more halloween style headdress. Ohh and also why don't you make them a ancient ruin replacement instead that spawns on gold tiles
