This is a balance submod for Chidorah's More Skills Mod. You need Chidorah's More Skills Mod for it to work.

There are some skills in Chidorah's More Skills Mod that are extremely powerful and you end up picking them every time, like upkeep reduction and campaign movement. This mod has significantly weakened the more powerful skills and improved the weaker skills

- Upkeep reduction (Frugal Pockets) comes with big conditional leadership debuffs
- All the redline skills require 5 skill points instead of 3 to achieve the same effect, and they debuff your army's fatigue just a little
- The yellowline skills for melee recieved additional buffs to make them more attractive

In addition the three capstone skills have been reworked to make them slightly more powerful, but also more unique.

Works best with my Vanilla Skills Balance Mod, which is listed as required - the game will work without it, but the skills will be imbalanced.
