Description
Adds the Kipchaks under Togortak to Sid Meier's Civilization V.



Kipchaks - Togortak

UA: Sellswords of the Steppe
Units garrisoned in Cities may become Mercenaries, disappearing from your control to join a foreign Civilization's army and granting you Gold. After 30 turns, whether they survived or not, they return to you with a large boost of XP and Golden Age Points.

UU: Tarkhan (Catapult)
Melee Mounted Unit, good at Pillaging and highly effective against Cities. Capturing Cities grants Golden Age Points (for both the original and current owner of the unit, if a Mercenary).

UI: Balbals
Unlocked at Construction. +1 Movement for Units on this tile. Yields +1 Culture, and may accumulate [Happiness yields when Mercenaries return to your control during Golden Ages.

The mercenary ability stops working midway through a game (not sure when, i didn't notice), but was thinking some of my units didn't return since a war or to, and now realised that my garrisons cant go mercenary at all.
