Integrated Backer Trinkets

Description
Adds a low chance encounter to each of the base zones that when beaten drops a backer/kickstarter trinket.
Also changes the rarity name/colors to be less immersion breaking and to visually fit beneath common trinkets.

Recommenced to use the Backer trinket graphics mod alongside this

I have played for a while, but I have never encountered them. Is it possible to make the backer trinket drops as quest reward? Or become purchasable in nomad wagon?

@Johnny Esports It's a vanilla assest from the Vvulf fight. I just recolored a bit of it to gold.
