Victor Anderson was born into a long lineage of warriors. His great-great-grandfather fought in the Cold War-era conflicts, his great-grandfather served in the modern wars of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, his grandfather fought in the neo-modern corporate wars, and his father was a career soldier in the brutal military interventions of the late 21st century. Growing up, war stories were bedtime tales, and discipline was as natural as breathing. There was never any doubt about his path—he was destined for the battlefield.

When the time came, he enrolled in the Boltec Military Academy, a private institution notorious for forging elite soldiers. He excelled in every field: marksmanship, hand-to-hand combat, tactical operations, endurance training, he was a prodigy in the making. However, unlike many of his peers, Blondie had no desire to climb the ranks. He didn't crave command or power. He just wanted to fight, to be in the thick of it, where decisions were made in the split-second between life and death.

His first real taste of war came in California, during the Cyber-Purge Insurrection, a brutal crackdown on anti-cybernetic terrorist cells. The insurgents used guerrilla tactics, EMPs, and heavy caliber guns to wage war against corporate forces. Blondie distinguished himself not just with raw skill, but with an uncanny ability to keep calm in the chaos. His performance earned him respect, promotions, and a direct ticket to the worst hellhole on Earth: Neo-Vietnam III.

By 207X, Vietnam had once again become a battleground for global powers. The Southern Republic of Vietnam, backed by Boltec and other American corporations, fought the Communist Northern Bloc backed by Chinese and Russian megacorporations in a war that mirrored the past, but with deadlier stakes. The jungles became a meat grinder, where advanced drones and cybernetic soldiers fought alongside flesh-and-blood warriors. Tactical nukes were deployed on cities, radiation zones spread, and entire regions were plunged into chaos.

Blondie quickly realized that everything he was thought, knew about war was child's play compared to this. Child guerrillas, civilians forced into human-wave attacks, comrades captured and executed on livestreams, the horror was relentless. Disease, malnutrition, and radiation sickness were just as deadly as bullets.

It was here that Hardcorps was formed, a Boltec elite unit made up of the toughest, most broken men the war had to offer. Those who survived the worst, who didn't crack under pressure, who embraced war as their only reality. Blondie fit the bill perfectly. By the time the war ended with the nuclear obliteration of Hanoi, Blondie had seen and done things that would haunt most men forever. He, alongside his Hardcorps brothers, was hailed as a war hero. Medals, pay raises, corporate sponsorships, all the perks of being a survivor. But none of it mattered.

Boltec, recognizing that men like Blondie were too dangerous to be left idle, sent him and other Hardcorp veterans to Arcanum Black Valley for what was called 'recovery time'. It was a chance to unwind and reintegrate into corporate society. But everyone knew it was just a way to keep them far from the public eye and boring journos.

When the Valley descended into madness, with rogue AIs and cybernetic abominations slaughtering everything in sight, civilians screamed and panicked. But Blondie? He barely flinched. This wasn’t the worst thing he had seen. It wasn’t even close. Now, he fights not for duty, not for honor, but because... fighting is all he has LEFT.

Tips:
- His cyberarm crushes clankers head.
- To activate laser attachment press 'L'.
- To shoot explosive plasma press 'K' on the lower part.
