We’ve got big trains, now let’s move on to something smaller!
The Sha Tau Kok Railway was a 2 ft (610 mm) narrow gauge branchline which ran from Fanling to Sha Tau Kok and it was owned and operated by Kowloon-Canton Railway (British Section) from 1912 to 1928.
This steam locomotive here is a 3D replica of two of the original locos which was manufactured by W.G. Bagnall in 1924 and worked on the branchline until its closure, where they were sold and continued to work in Victorias Milling Co. a sugar cane plantation in Philippines. Up until the 1990s when the KCRC repatriated one of the locomotives back to Hong Kong where it was restored and put on display in a railway museum in Tai Po to these days.
The other one of its kind was shipped back to the UK and awaiting to be restored.

沙頭角鐵路係一條長2英尺(610毫米)嘅窄軌支線，起點由粉嶺到沙頭角，於1912年至1928年由九廣鐵路（英段）擁有和營運。
呢架蒸汽機車係兩輛原始在此支線營運嘅機車3D複製品，由英國公司W.G. Bagnall於1924年生產，並喺支線上運作直到關閉，喺呢段時間它們被出售並繼續喺菲律賓嘅糖廠Victorias Milling Co.工作。 直到1990年代，九鐵公司把其中一輛窄軌機車運回香港進行修復工作,並喺大埔鐵路博物館展出。
另一輛被運回英國並等待修復。

About this Model /關於此模型:
This pack consist of the locomotive itself and other additional accessories such as diamond smokestack and an extra tender when it was being put to work in Philippines, as well as it's textures and other decals. There are also other extra textures such as black body paintwork which was never originally worn by the locos but are customisable.

呢個檔包括蒸汽機車模型同其他配件，例如鑽石形煙囪同喺菲律賓糖廠使用時嘅煤水車，以及其他車身圖案。 仲有其他圖案例如黑色車身油，呢啲油原本從來都未油上及使用過，但可以由你創作。
