Alternate Source Viewbob Animations (Siobhan's Viewbob)

Description
I ported Counter-Strike: Source, Half-Life: Source, CS:GO, Portal 2 and Team Fortress 2 viewbob for use in this addon.
Also includes the HL1 Viewmodel Sway. (Temporary until I can fix conflicts and the HL2 weapon sway.)
It can be changed in Utilities > Siobhan's Viewbob > Settings.
