Savant Syndrome

Description
Adds 5 traits which demonstrate Savant syndrome.
All those traits has 20% chance to be inherit (40% if both parents have it)
Also every child have 5% chance to be burn with it. Random characters have an about 2.5% chance to be spawned with one of those traits.
