ROS Vehicle Repair & Salvage Script & Demo

This system allows players to repair and salvage all vehicles. It also allows AI to repair all ground vehicles. Salvaging destroyed vehicles i.e. damage ==1 allows players to recover all vehicle 'hulls'. Once salvaged the player can then repair it.

* Destroyed vehicles can be salvaged and then repaired (two stage process)
* Repair time is calculated on the number damaged hitpoints and or the global damage
* All players can repair vehicles
* Repair kits reduce the repair time
* Repair vehicles within 15m of the damaged vehicle will significantly reduce the repair time
* Supports all repair vehicles - from all mods and all DLCs and CDLCs.
* Scripted repair of each damaged hit point with live visual hp feedback
* Vanilla auto repair is disabled for nearby repair vehicles
* There is a progress bar during the repair process with detailed HP feedback
* Repair SFX which change based on the proximity of a repair vehicle.
* AI who control their own ground vehicles can repair them
* Works in SP & MP - on both listen and dedicated servers.

1) Place the ROS_VehicleRepair folder to your mission folder
2) Add the the following line into CfgSounds in your description.ext :
#include ROS_VehicleRepair\CFGSounds.hpp
3) Place the following code into your init.sqf and onPlayerRespawn.sqf files in your mission root.
[] execvm "ROS_VehicleRepair\ROS_VehicleRepairLoadActions.sqf";

4) Enable AI to repair their vehicles (optional)
