The excited and hyperactive sailor of the Sol Dimension joins the fight as Marine came packed and ready to fight.

[Moveset]
Neutral Special: Water Charge
Marine charges a ball of water, if special is released immediately she does a quick water shield twirl, if it's got a single charge she throws a water ball, and full charge releases a water charge burst (think Naruto's Rasengan for reference)

Forward Special: Waterbike
A core way of getting around the islands in the Sol Zone is by way of water vehicles, where Marine makes use of her own developed boats to run through the opponents. Uncharged she uses the weaker SS Marine while charging up has her on her SS Super Marine. Shield cancelable only at the first part of the move.

Up Special: Cannonball
Marine charges a cannonball out of her cannon that causes her to boost upwards. Doing this on the ground and low charge prevents pratfall, while riskier in the air.

Down Special: Water Bubble
Marine covers herself in a water bubble to bounce around the stage and bounce on opponents. This can be followed up if it lands and you cancel out of it, and is also shield cancelable.

Up Strong: Cannon Burst

Down Air: Butt Stomp
