Description
HBRM - Kislev is a small Kislev rework which adjusts the recruitment threshold for certain Kislev units, reworks the construction costs and income provided by Kislevite economic buildings, and tweaks some other building construction costs and effects.

The goal of this mod is to make Kislev campaigns more fluent, with easier access to better units and economic options. The main influence for this mod was the Empire rework that came with Thrones of Decay.

Here is the complete list of changes made by this mod - as part of a separate Steam Workshop post, considering I broke the word limit for this description. The reasoning behind each of the changes is included in the list. Most of the changes are also visible in the mod images (screenshots).

If you'd like to use this mod independently, it is fully operational and works well on its own. I recommend using it alongside my other Kislev mods, and my mods in general, as they are all being developed in conjunction.

HBRM - Kislev is fully compatible with Mixu's Unlocker and Immortal Empires Expanded.

This mod is mostly save game compatible, with the exception of Mother Ostankya construction limitation changes, which are script-based and not save game compatible. This means that if you load this mod in an already running campaign, all of the changes, except the Mother Ostankya construction limitations, will successfully load in your campaign.

Discussion

I've been using this mod, in a slightly different version before the 6.1 rework, for about half a year before its release, but I happen to be modding and testing my mods more than I play the game freely, so opinions on these changes are very welcome, especially if you tested the mod out in longer campaigns.

Earlier in the development of this mod, I reduced the income from the Kislevite main settlement building chain to balance the economy changes, but it felt like I only effectively reverted the changes I was trying to make with their other economic buildings. I would appreciate hearing your experiences.

Do you believe HBRM - Kislev successfully brings Kislev to a level comparable with other recently reworked races, or do you think it makes it too strong economically or otherwise?

Share your thoughts in the comments or on my Discord server linked below, which is preferable for longer discussions.
