Happy April Fools!

Adds the Islands of Refreshment, under its self-proclaimed ruler Jonathan Lambert. Lambert traveled all the way from Salem, Massachusetts to Tristan da Cunha to claim the "Islands of Refreshment" as his own, building a settlement of 4 people. He had great prospects of the island, hoping to turn it into a business. Unfortunately though, him and one another settler drowned while sealing/fishing only a year after the "Islands of Refreshment" were founded, and shortly after Tristan da Cunha was integrated into the British Empire.
