Description
This mod expands upgrade shops, adding more levels to buy and even introducing endless (not really atm, up to ng+1000) NG+ scaling to certain upgrades like weapon and spell power, armor and resistances

Replaces sval files:
tweak/town/shops/apothecary.sval
tweak/town/shops/armorer.sval
tweak/town/shops/athlete.sval
tweak/town/shops/mystic.sval
