Description
Adds the Spanish West Indies into the game under their first governor, the (in)famous explorer Christopher Columbus.

The West Indies - Christopher Columbus

UA: Encomienda
Recieve triple bonuses from being the first to meet citystates. Conquering citystates and capitals on other landmasses kills all citizens, and spawns copies of luxuries for every 5 citizens killed in this way.

UU: Carabela Redonda
Replaces the Caravel. Gets stronger the further it is from your capital. On capturing a city, instantly captures all Workers and Settlers within x tiles belonging to the city's former owner, and teleports them into the city.

UU: Treasure Fleet
Replaces the Cargo Ship. Internal trade routes provide gold from resource diversity. Grants adjacent naval/embarked units +2 Movement.*

*Appears as a cargo ship during its route cuz trade units are scuffed in this game. Might be kinda buggy in general lol
