Improved Transport

I'm too lazy to make an image. A friend of mine made this for my TTRPG character. c:

Anyway, this updates the internal storage from 8 to 16 and increases the carry capacity of all production workers, bathhouses (previously 1!), hospitals (to 7 due to Jake's bitwise stuff here), markets, food stalls, etc.

These have been brought up to Jake and he's fixing them for V69, but this is a nice fix for y'all before then.
