Spore cultivator simplified

Description
Makes next changes to spore cultivator:

- instant bloom (mushroom grows immidiately)
- ignore temperature and moisture requirements
- resets paper durability (basically removing it)

Affects only spore cultivator for both hybrid and 1 spore print paper.

I don't think this works, nothing happened after I added compost to my cultivator.
