Hunker Down Flanking Fix V2

Description
Overview
Hunker Down is busted since the release of XCOM 2. It provides Defense and Dodge bonuses unconditionally, and not only when the unit is flanked, but even if its cover is destroyed. The mod fixes this absurdity by properly removing both modifiers from exposed targets. Though if you want Dodge bonus back, you can enable it via XComGameCore.ini in the mod's Config folder.

Why the mod?
I'm aware of the mod that tackles the same issue. However, it does so in a different and, arguably, more messy fashion. It negates Defense bonus by giving the attacker bonus Aim, and that's it. The Dodge Bonus is still omnipresent due to implementation restrictions and the author's preferences. My mod is a slightly altered fix sourced from LW2, it should remove both modifiers in a more subtle manner.

Can you make this mod do the opposite: purposely allowing the initiation of the hunker down action without cover? I want scared scientists to be able to 'react defensively', ie hunker down even when they are out in the open (if they can't make it all the way to some cover with their second move). Think crouching or laying prone as necessary.

I'm unsure if I've overlooked something, but the template appears to only have two config variables for dodge and defense. Effect classes linked to the ability don't appear to have any config options at all. And besides, I didn't regenerate configs in my game after fixing the issue.

Please, take no offense, I'm not trying to stir up an argument, just genuinely curious about this.

@Destrudo - it's because the hunker down is config controlled, once set incorrectly it wouldn't change back until the configs were regenerated, even if the correct settings were applied within your mod.

The mod is a straightforward OPTC edit, it shouldn't require clearing the configs. At any rate, I'm glad everything is working.

@Joe Marotta - you'll need to wipe your local configs in the My Documents folder for Destrudo's fix to take proper effect on a campaign already in progress.
