These are made for the scout, however, I've added bones in the ear pieces so they can be fitted to the different classes.

If you lock the model (root transfer and bip_head) to the model and zero, the ear phones will collaspe inward because there is nothing to lock them to. To fix, expand the model and select the unlocked controls, the use the default slider to return them to their original rotation.

The mic has a slider so it can be retracted if not wanted. The mic also has a bone so that it can be pivoted if required.

The Red and Blue Skins are very basic, and as they are only on one sheet can be manually changed if you want to do that.

Giving the artist his/her dues. I did not model these, I found them on TurboSquid as Royality Free assets. They were uploaded to TuroSquid by insafnias in Mar 2013.

These were in 3DS 2013 and FBX format. Because Blender does not like the new 3DS formats, I had to use the Adobe FBX Convertor to change the format to dae so I could import to Blender. The rest was a matter of resizing, adding a TF Hat armature and texturing. Then using Blender Source Tools, I exported and compiled the model.

There are tons of assets out there, learning to convert these models will give you the ability to expand your asset library for SFM.
