The better remove pedestals mod

This mod is exaclty what i needed, a bunch of Stuff was bugging out because i was using Mod that Removed Pedestals after taking the Items from it, but this is a Great Middle Ground.

@Nineline I think it might always be the right one that gets bugged, I have checked how the game checks for the Mega Chest collectible and there doesn't really seem to be a way to check for it in vanilla since it is held in a custom megachestcollectible variable :(

@Nineline Oh you're right damn, I'm not really sure how Mega Chests handle the second item, will investigate tho.

The bug also seems to be inconsistent, sometimes you can pick both items, sometimes you cannot. If you happen to encounter this bug again, leaving the room with the bugged item and reentering it should fix the issue for now.
