NARCOS factions for Antistasi Ultimate
Current state: Stable, you shouldn't encounter major bugs, if any please report.

This project aims to enable the setting up of an scenario where narco cartels have taken control of a region or are trying to take it, probably in collusion with corrupt armed forces.

You might like setting this Narco faction against my FAN faction, or you can imagine the scenario you want. For an immersive and balanced gamestart, I reccomend using my BLN rebel faction. In the future I'll make a sole extender including all of these factions for a full fictional Latin American - Caribbean Antistasi Scenario

FACTIONS INCLUDED:
Los Jaguares
An OCC-INV Faction using only CUP assets, including extra vehicles if you load Brazilian Armed Forces, Toyotas of War (2016 Hilux) and Cytech vehicles.

Los jaguares Narco army starts with simple thugs guarding cities with civilian shotguns and modified Hilux and will progressively grow into Elite PMCs armed with high end assault rifles and basic military vehicles as war level surges. Think of it as brought by corrupt armed forces who allied the narco.

Los Jaguares
Basically a lightened version of Los Jaguares, Los Pumas pretend to simulate a more realistic cartel, with limited military assets but great manpower. Most of its weapons and vehicles are shared with Jaguares, lowering diversity of infantry guns, which also makes it easier to amass a stockpile of the same one to unlock it.

Ocelotes
As the wildcat it's named after, this is basically a weaker version of Los Jaguares, set for the Rivals role. They fit better in the narco cartel role, as a criminal organization allied to the invading faction. If playing along with Los Jaguares, you can think of Ocelotes as a fraction of them

Jaguariticas
That's how they call Ocelotes in Brazil. Mostly the same as the other rival faction, with just a couple of CUP weapons and many brazilian models that will get loaded only if BrAF mod is present. Otherwise, you can use it as a faction with a strongly limited arsenal for easy looting.

Known issues:
After last update, an unidentified bug is prebenting most of AT and AA soldiers from equipping any launcher. On the other hand, some of the ones that get a launcher have a Titan, which I had never set as a Narco weapon. A drawback to prior version didn't fix this, and I've burnt enough braincells trying to solve it, so it will stay like this unless someone finds out where the problem comes from. It makes sense that narcos don't get lots of launchers although the Titan ones are extremely out of lore. But we'll have to live with it.

You can check, download and modify files on GitHub[github.com]

Next developments:
-Latinstasi factions bundle, rethinking and blending these narcos factions with FAN and other similar projects, based on FWA weapons.

TESTING, FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT IS ALWAYS WELCOMED!

New upload! Stable version.
FIXES:
No more long gamestart (Toyotas VDJ mod, you're guilty of it, so go away).
Rivals mortar should now fire effectively.
New rival Jaguariticas faction, based in BrAF mod.

Thanks for the feedback, I love that you enjoy it. By now, flag problem should be solved. I must work on plane attack script because existing parameters are designed for proper jet fighters and bombers, so I need to adapt them to the civilian rotor planes I want this narcos to use. Luckily we'll get bombed from a Cessna in short.

Doing a run with the faction in a modlist, mainly just for fun. However, I can confirm so far that QRFs work, both ground and heli QRFs have spawned so far at War Level 4. Plane's didn't show up yet and I haven't tested for Spec Ops just yet either, gonna get around to it. Flags however don't show up, just the flag pole itself. However playing through so far has been a blast, perfect for my Shadow Company run, great work!
