Fallout 3 R91 Assault Rifle Reskin for T223

Description
Gives the T223 wooden furniture similar to Fallout 3's Assault Rifle. The R91 was the go-to gun of the D.C. National Guard and the Anchorage Liberation forces. It's showing up 100 years early here, but it can still take down communists as it was meant to do!

Yeah, it's more on the brown side. I should tweak that.

Isn't the R91 sort of Brown-ish or am I just being Stupid
