Thanks for noticing the texture problem! didn't know that it needed a same filename between vmt and vtf xd

NVM i was wrong, the vmt file is supposed to be named whitemonsterem.vmt, not just whitemonster.vmt. that fixed it on my end

The issue is you misplaced quotations in the VMT file. Just delete the extra bumpmap and put quotations where they're supposed to be and it's golden
