Gecko Items and Armour for United Cities Spawns - Civilians Only Patch

Ninya's Gecko mod is a personal favorite of mine and the optional add on that introduces the new clothing and armor pieces to the United Cities adds a lot visual uniqueness that they were lacking before, helping to give them a more distinct cultural feel. That said, I prefer the standardized and more elite look their samurai have in vanilla. So this mod simply stops the new armor from spawning on UC military forces. Rebel Farmers and Swordsmen will still spawn the new armor however, as it really fits their theme of an armed peasant uprising and looks phenomenal on them.
