Cool Kid OwO skates into battle!
Cool kid runs on two gimmicks, his combo meter which serves to fill his ultra, and his skater mode, which triggers during dashes and changes several moves.

Neutral Special: Portable Vending Machine
OwO pulls a portable vending machine out of his pocket and throws it onto the ground. You can use neutral special while in front of it to grab a quick drink, drinks are random and can be any of the following:

* Cool Aid- Lowers gravity, raises jump speed and defense, and increases friction
* RadiCola- Raises speed, gives triple jump, lowers friction and defense
* Dr. Juice- Heals a portion of health, and resets combo
* Water- does nothing

Side Special: RadiBang!
OwO throws a RadiCola can at his opponent, the projectile does low damage and bounces

Side Special(Skating): Speed is COOL!
OwO pulls out a small firework using it to greatly increase his speed, charging foreword in a blaze of reckless descision making

Up Special: Rocket Riding
OwO pulls out a large firework, mounting it and launching into the air, when the firework explodes (either after a short time or on a collision) OwO will be launched a second time making less distance.

Up Special(Skating): Spiral ascension
OwO breaks gravity, skating in a circle to build up momentum to launch himself upwards.

Down Special: Coolest Reinforcement
OwO uses a remote to summon a walking RadiCola can, which charges at opponents and explodes on impact

Cool Kid OwO is not currently LAP compatible but I plan to change that soon
