Lift the energy ceiling

Description
The energy can exceed 9 points. You can set the maximum value yourself. It will take effect after saving and restarting. Modify the original legendary treasure, the overclocking fan. Now, loading over 9 points will trigger the effect.

I wish the mod would also "uncap" every single 9 point based and 9 overclock based units and treasure effects. but it is still pretty good mod i enjoy. just could be even better, just saying. :D
