Elden Ring Weapons Overhaul

Description
Overhaul patch for 猿鹤听我再抚琴's [Elden Ring Weapons 艾尔登法环武器].
  • Fully translated to English
  • Custom descriptions for some weapons
  • Rebalanced every weapon and some NPCs
  • Relocated some weapons and NPCs
Most of the weapons are minor downgrades, sidegrades or upgrades vs. vanilla counterparts - mostly dependant on where the weapon is located.
I tried to relocate NPCs to places where there are no overrides in vanilla, so if you're running Living World and the like, you might miss some of the weapons.

Regarding the first one, I thought that it was a village of nomads in Shem, and the second one, that it was specifically a faction of slave traders, as a last resort, I checked the stoat and locations from the hook, and regarding the third one, I had no idea at all, yes, I saw their base on the map, and once they hired themselves to me, but I didn’t know them in more detail. Thanks for the help and for the mod, it was interesting to collect all this)

-Location: Carried by gatekeeper turned rebel who now rests at a village of herders.
Devourer's Scepter
-Location: Guard of cultish slaver leader.
Sacred Relic Sword
-Location: Carried by a definetly-not-bandit who is relaxing at her home ready to extort money from passerbys.
I'm asking because I can't find it myself.
