2-Mod EMD F69PHAC Base Pack

Basically, the F69PHAC was a thingmabob (or rather, two of them) made by EMD and Siemens (in some way) that had the testing of AC technology in locomotives, having operated both for the US Department of Transport (which they were built for) and Amtrak (under a loan); visually, it was almost the same thing as the F40PHM-2, with only a few differences to tell it apart. Only two were ever built and, along with operating on loan for Amtrak, sporting Phase III paint, they operated for the US DoT, mostly for AC tech testing, but also operated for the US DoT in one special occasion, where they carried a German ICE 1 train (also loaned to Amtrak) being toured around the USA - at the time, both Siemens and AEG-Westinghouse hoped to win a contract by Amtrak for 26 trainsets that'd be used in a high-speed Boston–New York–Washington train service, with such service soon becoming what's known today as the Acela; had the contract been won, the 26 trainsets would've been built at five different EMD plants in the United States. Ultimately, though, the ICE 1 trainset never found success or operators outside of Germany, and it didn't take long for the two F69s to be returned to EMD and be retired in 1999. Nowadays, the two still exist, but they're in the NREX's Mount Vernon, IL yard and are both stripped of numerous parts, with their ultimate fates being unknown to this day. This pack aims to recreate, as accurately as possible, the F69PHAC locomotives, specifically in their ICE paint scheme; liveries and edits off of these are allowed, just credit me and mark this as a Required Item if uploaded.
