Anvil F7X Hornet Mk2 | Survival-Ready Naval Fighter

The F7X is a specially-designed variant of the Hornet Mk2 frame purpose-built for maximized agility for the 42nd Squadron of the UEE Navy 2nd Fleet.

It features 2 highly efficient engines, a sleeker profile, 4 deployable winglets from the wings instead of the 2 standard rear winglets of the Hornet, but features only size 3 weapons throughout instead of mounting size 4's on the wings and turret. This fighter's entrance was the turning point of the Battle of Vega Colony, sweeping in with allied forces comprised of UEEN 2nd Fleet Retaliator bombers and stealth F8 Lightnings flown by Squadron 42. They successfully crippled a kingship and broke the command structure of the invading Vanduul fleet.
