Replaces the M16A4 with carryhandle with M4 from Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat
Also it has custom sounds and VGUI icon, sorry that I didn't make the preview

would you consider? porting a m14 model over something like the fnal i noticed in the nmrih2 free weekend that the m14 is in the game and i think it would be a cool edition to this game
