Description
Make CE patches by yourself, or edit properties form Combat Extended

This mod allows you to manually create CE patches without coding.

This mod is safe to add halfway
Conflicts with Performance Fish, NOT Safe




Follow the instructions below:





Notice:

- The default parameters are from assault rifle.

- Do not modify parameters or create CE patches in the game. Do it in the main menu.

- Some parameters like bipod require a game restart to take effect.

- Most parameters can be modified in the "Base Stats" section while creating a CE patch, but once the patch is completed, changes should be made in the section with the same parameter names below.

- Some parameters are unclear to me as well, so please modify them cautiously.

- Some weapons may not be suitable for CE. You can adjust the "Verb Class" in the "Ranged Parameters" section to adapt.

- How to create a weapon that does not require ammo?
1. Set the "Ammo Caliber" attribute in the "Ammo User" section, select an ammo type categorized as "Uncategorized." This will set the Ammo Caliber to null, and the "Ammo User" section will become gray.
2. Set the "Verb Class" in the "Ranged Parameters" to a non-CE Verb, i.e., an item whose name does not start with "CombatExtended."

- The data of weapons with non-vanilla or CE Verb will be lost after a reset, but restarting the game can restore it.





Instruction to add a custom ammo:



Notice:

- The default parameters are from 5.56 NATO FMJ.

- Remember to save and restart the game.

Well I added it in a ongoing game (I think 2 weeks of gameplay) with hundreds of mods plus rocketman ones, and it worked perfectly! Just a small issue tho, I can't filter by mod before typing a lot of random things in the search bar, after that I can use normaly. This problem only occours when All is selected on the filter, any other filter don't manifest this issue

@Leozingameplays I didn’t find any issues in my tests, but there is report that it conflicts with Performance Fish. I still don’t recommend adding it halfway. You can use my mod to create the patch then remove this mod.

@cedy_games_vraze It may be that the paste function has a bug. You can try creating it manually.

can we patch turrets yet?
because i copypasted the values from the autocannon into another turret without CE support but the turret still doesnt show an ammo slot and the warmup time for the turret is longer then it should be
