Dragonborn Emperor flavor

Description
This mod is not compatible with ULTIMATE Elder Kings (UEK contains an outdated and very buggy version of this mod)

Have you ever wanted to write your own Dragonborn Emperor story?
The Dragonborn trait is now available in the Character Designer, allowing you to create a new Dragonborn character — or become one through a special decision involving the Amulet of Kings, which can be found in Reman III's tomb.
Features include:
A new decision to find the Amulet of Kings
A new decision to become Dragonborn
A new deity of the secondary pantheon: Talos, whom your character becomes after death ;)
A new tenet: Legacy of Talos, perfect for map painting
A new Council of Nine for new faiths
New icons for traits and patrons
New dynasty legacies, modifiers, and men-at-arms
New decisions to add Talos to the other Eight Divines cults
I would be grateful for help with localization

The new update has borrowed the Imperial Province system from the "Imperial Province" mod, but with major changes.
Decisions to create Imperial Provinces are now available to all empires (not just Cyrodiil/Tamriel or the Aldmeri Dominion), except for Eastern and Western Skyrim, and Colovia with Nibenay.
Decisions and events related to the Tribunal have been removed — essentially, only the mechanics for creating new titles have been borrowed.
The update is not compatible with old saves. To avoid breaking your save, it's better not to trigger any decisions related to the provinces.

would this work with Elder kings Religions Overhaul?

@Splumber Tiber Septim mantled Lorkhan, which created the ninth aedric deity Talos. The ninth deity had already existed, but was not worshipped, and thus - missing. Lorkharn is the missing god, and he is not worshipped. But then Talos appears, which is just Lorkharn, and suddenly he has worshippers all around AFTER daggerfall. In short - Talos shouldnt exist in 2E.

I have the Amulet and the patron of akatosh, but the decision to become dragonborn is not showing, i don't have UEK in my modlist and the mod order is pretty high (number 4). Is it because i'm in a reformed Ancestral Cult with a secondary divine pantheon ?

How does one get the Amulet of Kings to be wearable for your character?

This mod doesn't work. I cannot see the dragonborn trait and there are no new decisions.

So for some reason I cant seem to make the mod work. I cant see the dragonborn trait nor any of the new decisions. I thought that I somehow didnt download the mod or enabled it. But nope, the mods downloaded and in the load order. Idk what to do :/

Choosing the create the Penitus Oculatus doesn't seem to do anything.

@konstance makjaveli the idea that Talos came around due to the Dragon Break in Daggerfall is entirely non-canonical fan theory. It has never been stated to have changed the Divines, nor would there be any reason for the Warp of the West to change history from several hundred years prior to the Break. It did not extend that far back, it effected the endings of Daggerfall. And uh...if you want the faith to account for the many non-men deities...maybe bring that up with the Eight Divines primates first lol.
