Lifestyle Perk Lootbox

Description
Overview
Tired of meticulously planning your character's development through the lifestyle perk trees? Do you yearn for an element of unpredictable chaos in your character progression? Lifestyle Perk Lootbox completely overhauls the way your characters gain lifestyle perks. Say goodbye to manual selection— now your character (and everyone) will no longer be able to choose their perks. Instead, soon after accumulating a perk point in any lifestyle, they will automatically gain a random perk from that very lifestyle. The traditional system of needing specific perks to unlock others is a thing of the past. Now, every character's journey is a unique and unpredictable lottery of lifestyle abilities. Characters also do not start gaining any perks at all until they become a ruler. (An accidental balance change that I like a lot.)

Notes
There are three outcomes, the most likely is that you attain a new perk, the second outcome (much less likely) is that you gain a new skill point in the relevant skill, and the third is that the perk point gets wasted! (lowest chance.)

Compatibility
It will not work properly with mods that add brand new perks.

Heirs won't get perks unless they're landed. Adventures do get perks.

You mention in the description that it doesn't work with non rulers, does that include adventurers, and heirs?

Anyway to speed up the rate at which perk points are randomly assigned (not the xp gain - but the actual auto perk assignment)? Rec'd an extra perk from the book translation event, but I can't figure out how to use it since it's not getting assigned. Now the "available perks" counter goes from 1 to 2 when earning add'tl perks, but only reduces back to 1 when the auto-assignment fires. Played 3 game yrs longer, but it did not resolve itself.
