unit collision and cavalry buff

Description
multiplies unit entity size by 1.3 to slightly decrease units running through each other

also multiplies cav and chariot mass by 2 so that they hit harder and are less bogged down by infantry

matthew, this mod does unit collision as well. there are other mods that buff chariots, this one just adds the buffs onto my unit collision mod

Haven’t tried the mod yet but anything that improves chariots gets a plus from me :D
