Description
A small mod that allows you to build a university in any barony you hold, as long as you have the Scholar trait, are Exalted Among Men and the province has more than 30 development.

Yes it is, it just takes a few years to be able to repeat it.

Hi there, is this decision repeatable? The other mod I found only allows the decision to be taken once per save file.

Can AI Rulers found universities too? It'd be really interesting to see non-historical universities pop up in highly developed areas to reflect their influence and wealth

@TheLastCanadian. A decision should appear for you that allows you to select a barony you control to put a university there. Like I mentioned in the description, you need those requirements to build it.
