No Supply Line for All

This mod removes the supply line for all factions in the game. I used a different method than the other mods already available on the Steam Workshop that I think is way easier and way better in terms of maintainibility and also gets rid of the obsolete UI elements.

Supply Line is yet another archaic system that needed to go, its only purpose is to handicap the player and prevent them from snowballing too early in their campaign by artificially delaying their power spike.

I am generally against any sort of gameplay feature that holds the player back simply to prolong the length of the game and delay the fun. I firmly believe this is not how games should be designed.

Creative Assembly already initiated this change with the Chaos Dwarfs and several other races, so there is no reason it shouldn't be the case for the rest of them.

Expect an earlier power spike with this mod enabled and an overall easier campaign experience.
