Sorta. It doesn't really have to steal it though, despite its name, it just sort of mutates it via Royal Jelly.

It's a fictional type of ant that can mutate to produce ants of different species for its own colony, example, a colony of Fire Ants, Army ants, Leaf cutters, Exploding ants, termites, and so on.
