Description
Description:

November 6th, 1984: With the Soviet Northern Fleet in disarray after a total defeat off the English Coast, NATO forces strike to liberate Iceland. The United States has transferred a majority of Pacific assets to the Atlantic, as the Soviet Pacific Fleet has seemed relatively lame during the conflict. The Soviet naval garrison of Iceland consists of rushed ships and fresh crews. Intelligence reports suggest that the Soviet flagships, the Kiev and Kirov class ships, are not at full strength. Soviet Ground Forces consist of a Guards Tank Unit, an airfield, and a Divisional Headquarters. An intelligence asset, going by the name "Beagle," has informed NATO that the Soviets have run out of fuel for their Backfire and Badger bombers stationed in Iceland and can only sustain light strike and fighter aircraft. NATO must liberate Iceland if they hope to still win the war in Europe.

Try GBU-10 Paveway on defenseless ships, which packs quite a punch.

the kiev is way to tanky, for me it ate like 10 harpoons and did not sink and just burned for a hour, same with the kirov, otherwise fun mission

Ya know, for what you did with those sneaky moves. If I ever meet you, we're throwing hands.

It was a fun mission. I do agree maybe one less carrier group and it would be awesome. 2 is plenty given the amount of submarines we have control of

NATO has all the fire power here, pretty sure I could have cleaned it up with just the submarines.

Maybe just a single carrier group off shore and a smaller group with the fibs and one or two subs would be more entertaining?

To whoever provided the negative rating, can you please explain why?
