UTEX Construction for Cricket

Description
This Cricket was originally acquired by UTEX Construction Group through a military surplus program. The advanced cameras and optical equipment made it excel at aerial surveying for border protection construction projects. Its lightweight construction meant it could operate off of unimproved airstrips and sections of highway near the construction sites.

As national tension grew and the country hurtled towards civil war, UTEX partnered with their military employers to retrofit the Cricket fleet with the state-of-the-art avionics and weapons systems present on the latest military models. A strafing run by rebels on UTEX field bases prompted the decision to hastily apply field camoflage to the top of the Crickets to help disguise them while parked on the ground.

Today UTEX Crickets primarily protect UTEX military construction operations and assets. It is not uncommon however for UTEX to use the Cricket fleet to provide close air support for their military partners on offensive operations as well.
