Description
Changes Chaos Blade to deal damage based of both Weapon Power and Spell Power.

Done as a separate mod due to overwriting Player.as, PlayerBase.as, and PlayerClass.as

Note: I couldn't seem to have the description work with my AIO, but the mechanics work. If someone can help with that, please let me know.

Feel free to use this as a resource to add/edit your own hybrid spells and attacks, just credit me :D

Yes, as far as I've tested, this should overwrite NSR, but it may not have the right description.

Can I use this and NSR - All at the same time with no issues?
