• You can control the ship from the seat in the command bridge. Use the WSAD keys to steer the ship, and the logic gates (arranged like arrows) show how the engine room is working.

The AC8-class carriers, known as the Chimera class, represent a natural evolution of previous designs. Following the notable success of the OCvC Centaur, a decision was made to develop similar yet more modern vessels in greater numbers. OCvC Chimera is a large fleet carrier and the first to feature an armored flight deck — a trade-off for reduced side armor around the upper hangar.

These carriers are distinguished by their massive hangar capacity and expansive flight deck, making air operations significantly more efficient. Additionally, the Chimera class introduces a new type of low-caliber weapon: the HJ133 in a single-mount configuration. These guns offer high rates of fire and a compact size, enhancing the ship’s close-range defensive capabilities.
