Compatibility Patch: Additional Cargo Types & Custom Loads

Description
Randomized cars and other custom loads can finally get along with additional cargo types!
If you're a user of mods that add new cargo types you've likely run into the issue that any vehicle model which uses custom loads will not appear as loaded when carrying a modded cargo type. The worst offender for this is probably random skin rolling stock (as I include in all my freight car mods) where the entire car body is technically a random custom load. These cars would appear totally invisible save for the trucks and couplers!

This mod is an attempt at a generic fix that should work for ANY combination of custom cargo types and vehicles that use custom loads. No more invisible cargo! (or invisible vehicles!)

How does it work?
This mod looks at each vehicle when the game is loading to check if custom cargo is defined for any of the vanilla cargo types and if there are additional cargo types which are missing custom loads. If this is the case, the mod simply copies one the vanilla custom cargo definitions for the modded cargo type.
For randomized cars, this works perfectly and the car bodies will be visible even when new cargo types are added. For open cargo types you'll at least get something loaded into the car. Since the mod is attempting to be a simple, global fix, it doesn't add any new meshes or anything for specific new cargo types, it can only copy existing custom load definitions. That means there isn't always a perfect match. There is some logic included to try to choose something somewhat sensible for the cargo types added by the more popular mods that add new cargo.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!
This mod is LOAD ORDER SENSITIVE! This mod works by modifying the modifications to vehicles done by additional cargo mods. To function properly you must load your vehicle mods first, then your mod(s) which add new cargo types, and finally this patch LAST!

Disclaimer
Due to the number of vehicle and cargo mods out there, I can't possibly test every combination on my own. This fix should get something loaded into your vehicles in any case. If you see instances where cargo or vehicles are missing, let me know. If you run into cases where something very silly is being loaded for a specific cargo type you can also let me know and if there's a better existing match I'll add it to the list used to choose which loads replace what. Remember, this mod is limited to using existing custom cargo definitions. There won't always be a perfect match available. (*looks at oil sand on flat cars...*)
